Heard a guy at the union hall say dredging is dead, automated boats are the future
He was dead serious, said we'd all be out of work in 10 years. I think there's still plenty of jobs that need a human touch, like clearing clogs in tight spots. Anyone else run into this kind of talk lately?

Man I barely trust automated boats to dock without crashing into something, let alone clear a gnarly clog. Guess I'll just be the guy standing on the dock with a shovel yelling at the robots.
