TIL my paint roller cover has a 400 square foot life expectancy

Honestly, I was just finishing up the second coat on my garage walls and the roller started leaving these weird little fuzzies everywhere. I checked the package from the hardware store and it said right there, 'covers up to 400 sq ft'. I did the math on my wall space and I was right at 380. It blew my mind that something so simple has a real, specific number like that. I always just used them until they felt gross or fell apart. Now I'm wondering what other basic tools have a hard limit I've been ignoring. Has anyone else found a surprising spec on a common tool?

Tried a few project management apps that capped users or tasks. Ended up just using a shared spreadsheet for the basics.
