A guy at the hardware store told me my crack filler bead was too thin, and he was right
I was laying down crack filler like I was caulking a tub, real skinny lines, because I thought a little goes a long way. He looked at my driveway in Sheboygan last April and said "that's gonna pop out by July," so I switched to filling the crack flush and packing it with a putty knife, and it held through two winters. Anyone else get called out by a stranger and actually change their whole method?
