A barista in Portland showed me her $8 pour over setup and it fixed my watery brew
She cut the bottom off a plastic funnel, lined it with a paper towel, and sat it on a mason jar, and that thing made a cleaner cup than my $40 dripper. Has anyone else tried a funnel rig, or do you just stick with the real thing?
