Just realized the bike co-op in Portland has a free tool library
Went to the Community Cycling Center last Saturday and walked out with a $45 Park Tool crank puller for zero dollars, has anyone else found a local shop that lets you borrow the expensive stuff?

Whoa wait, a $45 crank puller for free? That's insane, I didn't know places actually let you borrow the really nice shop tools like that. Most tool libraries around here just have the basic wrenches and screwdrivers, not the specialty bike stuff that costs an arm and a leg. I gotta look up if there's something similar near me, because buying that stuff one at a time adds up way too fast.
