A simple way I found to handle time zones without losing my mind

I was working from Lisbon with a client in Singapore and kept missing our 9 AM calls. After messing up twice, I bought a cheap $15 analog world clock and put it right above my laptop. Now I just look up and see the time in my three main cities without opening an app. It sounds small, but it stopped the morning panic. Anyone else have a low-tech fix for time zone chaos?

Yeah, the lock screen trick is a total game changer. I used to miss calls from my team in London all the time before I did that. It just sticks in your brain when you see the time difference every single time you check your phone.
