Our church van route in Omaha ran on a hand-drawn map for 12 years and the new app broke it
The old system was a laminated map with stops marked in grease pencil. Driver knew it cold. Last month the church got a $400 grant for routing software and we switched over. First Sunday the app sent two vans to the same pickup and left a family waiting 40 minutes in the cold. Turns out the map had 8 stops the software never logged, all the tucked away apartments nobody wrote down. Anyone else move a route from paper to an app and watch it fall apart?
