Spent 20 minutes at the DMV watching people type passwords in plain sight

Was waiting for my number to be called and saw at least 5 people typing their login info into the kiosk while someone was right behind them looking over their shoulder. Nobody shielded the screen or anything. Made me wonder how many people just dont think about it when theyre in public. Has anyone else noticed this at government offices or other places where you have to log in?

Did any of them seem to enter their actual full passwords in public?

@keith943 yep i saw a couple people typing what looked like full passwords. one lady was typing for ages and the guy behind her was literally just staring at the screen. nobody even tried to turn or block it. its wild how we just go into autopilot mode in those little kiosk booths. i get that DMVs are stressful and you just wanna get in and out but come on people. someone could easily snap a pic of your screen and now they have your login for whatever state site you were on.
