Finally stopped reusing passwords after my email got hit in that LastPass leak
I used to rotate maybe 3 passwords across everything, thought it was fine. Then back in December I got a random login alert from my bank in Austin, and turns out someone used a password I'd been recycling since 2019. Now I'm on a password manager with 47 unique ones, and I even enabled 2FA on my main accounts. Anyone else have a close call that forced them to switch things up?

That "random login alert" sounds more like an excuse to buy more stuff than a real reason to panic.
