I always laughed at the old lady with the camera, then I saw what she caught on tape

My neighbor two doors down, Mrs. Gable, is 80 and she is obsessed with photographing everyone who walks by. I thought she was just lonely or nosy, but last week I saw her footage of the guy who lives across the street digging holes in his backyard at 3am every night for 6 weeks. She showed me the timestamps and she has photos of him burying something shaped like a small dog crate. That convinced me to call the police, and turns out he had 4 stolen cats in there. Has anyone else had a neighbor whose weird habit ended up being a real warning sign?
