My friend in Denver said to leave my first Stardew farm messy, and she was so right
I started a new Stardew save last week after putting 200 hours into a super organized farm on my old switch, and my friend in Denver told me to just let the first year be messy and not worry about perfect crop layouts. I ignored her at first and spent 12 in-game days trying to plan a grid near the farm cave, then got frustrated and restarted. On the second try I threw seeds wherever, left weeds around the pond, and ended up with way more money by summer because I actually played the game instead of drawing layout maps. My messy farm screenshot near the bus stop at sunset is honestly prettier than anything I made with perfect rows. Has anyone else found that the unplanned farms end up looking cozier in screenshots?
