I finally stopped listening to my old mentor about cutting hair wet
My mentor at the salon in Phoenix always said to do every cut on wet hair, but I picked up a dry cutting class last spring and it fixed my clipper work overnight. I did a fade on a guy last Tuesday, checked it dry before the wash, and caught a line I would have missed wet. Anyone else switch to dry cutting mid-career, or do you still trust the wet method for certain textures?
