Hit 100 regular clients this month and honestly didn't see it coming

Started out doing cuts for friends in my apartment two years ago and now I'm booked solid for three weeks straight. Has anyone else had their client base blow up way faster than they expected?

Started treating every haircut like it mattered, even the cheap ones for friends. Made sure to ask what they liked and didn't like after each cut, then actually remembered it for next time. Word got around that I listened and cared, so people started sending their coworkers and family members. Also kept my prices steady for the first year until I had a solid waitlist, then raised them a bit without changing the quality.

Good for you @jenny_carr52. I need to take notes here since my haircut strategy is mostly just hoping I don't mess up and apologizing a lot.
