Spent $400 on a used tile saw for one bathroom, then the library one broke on me
Borrowed our branch's tile saw in March and the blade wobbled so bad it chipped 12 tiles on a shower wall. I bought my own for $400 after that, but now it sits in my garage 50 weeks a year, so who here actually maintains the blades on your shared saws?

Is a wobbly blade really the saw's fault though? Half the time it's just a dull blade or someone cranking the arbor nut down way too hard, and I've seen guys blame the tool when they were the problem.
