Shoutout to the old forum threads from 2008, I still find better answers there than in newer posts
I remember back in the day I used to google stuff and end up on some random forum with like 14 pages of replies. People actually argued and gave real advice, not the cookie cutter stuff you see now. Last week I was fixing my lawnmower carb and a 2010 thread saved me after two youtube videos failed. What changed? I think people used to type out their exact steps and mistakes, now everyone just points to a video or a link. Anyone else still digging through the old pages before trying current stuff?

Haha man same here! I still gotta triple check my password from 2011 just to get into those old threads, but honestly worth the hassle sometimes.
