Found out my city blocks 1 in 4 volunteers from helping at the food bank because of a 45 minute online training
I got turned away from sorting cans at the Portland food bank last Saturday because I hadn't done their online course first, and the coordinator said nearly half the people who show up never finish it. How do you all get people over that one small hurdle without losing them?
