I walked past that place on Third Street for two years thinking it was just rusty hand-me-downs, until a neighbor finally dragged me in and I borrowed a tile saw that did a better job than the one I almost bought for $110. Now I'm weirdly defensive about it, so tell me straight, is there a catch to these borrowing setups I'm not seeing yet?
