My LCS owner pulled a short box out of the back room and I froze up
I was at a little shop in Portland 6 months ago, digging through a $1 bin, when the owner said he had a box of Bronze Age stuff in the back he hadn't priced yet. I flipped through about 40 books, found a decent copy of a horror title I'd been chasing for years, and then just awkwardly handed him $20 and left before he could figure out what he had. What do you all do when you stumble on something like that, tell them the real value or just pay and go?
