My LCS guy pulled a comic off my pull list because of a $400 mistake, still bugs me
Back in 2019 I was at Comic Castle in Portland and my guy Dave sold the copy of Immortal Hulk #1 I had on hold because I was 2 days late picking it up. I had been going there for 6 years and he still did it, said store policy is store policy. I stopped going for about 6 months and started driving across town to another shop, but honestly the new place never felt the same. Has anyone else had a shop owner burn them on a pull list hold like that?

Did Dave ever give you a real reason why he could not just call or text you before selling it? Six years of being a regular should count for something, and two days late on a book he knows you wanted feels like a weak excuse to move product. What finally made you go back after those six months, or did you just never find a shop that treated you the same?
