Hit 200 different coffee roasters tried last month without even realizing it

I was just logging my morning brews in a notes app and counted up all the bags I've gone through since January and was honestly shocked because I thought I was maybe at like 80 max, so now I'm wondering if anyone else keeps track of roasters they try or am I just way too obsessive about this?

Costa Rica is where this gets weird. 200 roasters means you've probably hit the same honey process from 40 different interpretations. I started tracking by how the beans are washed instead of just the roaster name. Changed everything for me. Suddenly 200 roasters didn't matter when half of them used the same natural process from the same Ethiopian co-op. You might be tasting the farmer's decision more than the roaster's skill. That's the real rabbit hole nobody talks about.

200 roasters is roughly 13 different single-origin Guatamalas alone.
