Just realized using a debugger beats print statements for this one bug
Last week I spent about 3 hours stuck on a loop that kept crashing in my Python script, and I was just adding print lines everywhere like I always do. Then a friend showed me how to set a breakpoint in VS Code and step through it line by line, and I found the off by one error in like 10 minutes. I know print debugging is a habit for a lot of us starting out, but has anyone else switched to a debugger and felt kind of silly for not trying it sooner?
