People keep using the wrong coolant mix on our Haas VF2 and it's killing the pumps
I've seen three guys in the shop just dump straight concentrate into the tank without measuring, thinking more is better. The machine manual says a 10 to 1 ratio, but we've had two pump failures this month alone from the sludge it creates. What's the best way to get people to actually read the mixing instructions before they cost us another grand in parts?

We had the same issue and ended up buying a cheap pump sprayer just for coolant. Mix a big batch of the right ratio in that, then anyone topping off just uses the pre-mixed stuff. Takes the guesswork out completely.

Oh that's actually genius from @the_kai. We did something similar but we took it one step further and labeled the sprayer with big permanent marker. Wrote the mix ratio and the date we made it right on the tank. Stops the "is this the old batch or the new batch" question that always comes up six months later. Makes it foolproof for the new guys too.
