My cat knocked my 8 dollar Chicago mug off the counter last Tuesday, so now I need a verdict on the superglue vs. keep the crack debate
I was in my kitchen in Chicago last Tuesday when my cat sent my favorite 8 dollar mug off the counter and it split clean down one side. I glued it back with superglue and now I'm drinking from it again, but my roommate says I should just let it go. Do you all repair yours or retire them once they actually break, and what's your cutoff point?

Superglue gets brittle with hot coffee, check for lead in old glaze too.
