Wait, you're saying you did 1,500 cleanings without a single callback? That seems off, because most pros I know count callback rates as a percentage of all jobs, not a raw number. Even a tiny fraction of errors in that many cleanings should pop up as a few callbacks, unless you're only counting repeat calls about the same issue.

Oh wow, that's exactly what I was thinking too. @julia_hayes makes a really good point - 1,500 with zero callbacks sounds almost too clean to be true when you think about it as a percentage. I've seen plenty of people hit those high numbers but almost always there's at least one or two minor things that pop up. Maybe they're defining "callback" really narrowly or only counting repeat visits for the exact same issue, which would be a different convo entirely. Still impressive though, don't get me wrong, just saying the math doesn't quite line up with how most shops track it.
