A customer in Denver told me I was the first sweep who didn't try to sell him a new liner
He said his last four sweeps all pushed a $2,000 liner replacement before even finishing the inspection. I just told him his clay tile was fine and showed him the video. Do you get a lot of pressure from your company to upsell?

Man, that's rough but I'm not surprised. My old shop had a quota system for liner sales that made everyone push them. It felt gross telling people they needed something when they didn't. Good on you for just giving the straight facts. That's how you build real trust.
