Had a weird experience at a career fair last week that rubbed me the wrong way
I went to a local career fair at the convention center downtown. There were maybe 30 companies there, but half the booths were just handing out pens and not talking to anyone. One recruiter literally said 'just scan the QR code' and turned back to her phone. Like why even show up if you're not gonna have a real conversation? Has anyone else had a career fair that felt more like a waste of time than an opportunity?

You ever notice how people just kinda... half-show up to everything now? Like they're physically there but mentally checked out, whether it's a career fair or just ordering coffee.
