Why does nobody talk about the Friday night I drove 40 minutes for a movie that was already gone from theaters
Two Fridays back I finally had a free evening, so I planned to see a movie I'd been waiting months for. I drove 40 minutes to the theater in Boise, walked up to the counter, and the guy said the last show was Tuesday. I stood there with my keys in my hand feeling dumb, then sat in the car for 10 minutes trying to pick a backup plan. Ended up at a diner down the road with a $9 burger and a book I had in the glove box. What do you all do when the thing you cleared your whole night for just isn't there anymore?
