My Saturday got eaten by one stripped screw on a $12 towel bar
The plan was a quick trip to the lake, but my wife asked me to hang a towel bar in the guest bath before we left. The second screw stripped out of the drywall anchor at 10am, and I figured I would just patch it and be done in 30 minutes. Four hours later I had cut out a chunk of drywall, found a hidden pipe, and made a trip to Ace Hardware on 5th for a $3 stud finder. Has anyone else ever lost a whole day to one little screw?
