Why does nobody talk about how every new build in Phoenix pre-wires for fiber but the ONT box gets buried behind drywall?
Did a job in a new subdivision off Baseline Road three weeks ago where the builder ran all the fiber to a little closet panel but the drywall crew buried six of the twelve outlets, and when I asked the site super he just shrugged and said that's how they've done it since 2019.

Wait, builders don't pre-wire fiber, they run conduit and pull it later.
