I finally quit carrying 6 different crimpers after a brutal Tuesday in Rochester
Had three jobs scheduled last Tuesday and lost almost 2 hours digging through my bag for the right crimper at each one, which put me behind on a 4pm hookup and the customer was not happy. That night I dumped everything on the bench, kept one good compression tool plus a coax stripper, and gave the rest to my brother in law. Any of you gone down to a stripped down kit, and did you regret it later?

How many times did you dig through the bag before it clicked that the bag was the problem? I did the same thing last summer after a job where I was on my knees in a crawlspace hunting for a coax crimper. Dumped out nine tools that night, kept my good compression one and a stripper, and never looked back. The only thing I regret is not doing it years sooner.
