Changed my crimping tool after 4 years, night and day difference

I ran the same cheap crimper since I started in 2019, did maybe 3,000 fittings with it. Last week I swapped to a better ratcheting one because my buddy in Columbus said I was crazy. The old one left slightly loose connectors on RG6, I never noticed until I compared side by side. Now my signal loss on long runs is way down, and I'm kicking myself for not switching sooner. Anyone else stick with a worn tool too long and see a big jump when they finally upgraded?
