Just found out the average cabinet shop wastes $2,800 a year on plywood cutoffs
A guy from a shop in Ohio posted that stat in a Facebook group last week and I can't stop thinking about it. We've got a bin of cutoffs in the back that nobody touches, and he said 60% of it is usually usable for drawer boxes. Has anyone here actually set up a cutoff rack system that works, or does it just become a junk pile no matter what?
