Hold on, the assistant might not get the long-term cost. Cheap stuff breaks more, so you pay to fix it later. Explain how better hardware saves them money and hassle.

Ugh yeah @fionaw42 that's so true. I bought a cheap laptop once and the charger fried itself in like six months. It's such a hassle to keep replacing things.
