I thought our $400/month tool rental plan was a waste until the numbers hit me
When our ops manager pushed a shared equipment subscription for the warehouse crew back in March, I figured it was just another line item we'd cancel within 90 days. Then I pulled the usage log for April and saw we ran 47 jobs off that pool while our own idle tools sat in the cage collecting dust and repair bills.
