Hot take: I picked a paper scheduling board over $400 a month software for my 6 person crew
About 8 months ago I had to choose between paying for a big scheduling app or just hanging a whiteboard in the shop, and everyone pushed me hard toward the app. I went with the $22 whiteboard and a marker, and my crew hasn't missed a shift since, plus we save about $4,800 a year that goes straight into tools. Is there anyone here who switched back to paper after paying for software and regretted it?
