Picked a $35 projector screen over a $200 one and honestly can't tell the difference
Was stuck between a cheap pull-down screen and a nicer fixed frame for my basement setup, and I went with the $35 pull-down from a hardware store in Reno. Six months in, the wrinkles are barely noticeable once the lights are down. Anyone else found a cheap screen that actually holds up, or am I just getting lucky?
Describe what the wrinkle situation actually looks like when the lights are on. I ask because I've seen cheap pull-downs look fine in a dark room and then look like a relief map of the Rockies with any light hitting the screen. Does yours curl at the edges, or is it more of a wavy middle?
