Got kicked out of my own garage build night by a noise complaint in Columbus
So last Friday I had three buddies over in my garage in Columbus running a sub crawl with a $60 used sub I found on marketplace, and around 9:40pm a neighbor called it in. A cop showed up and told us the bass was rattling his windows two doors down, so we shut it all down and sat in lawn chairs with nothing to do. We ended up moving the whole demo into my basement the next day and honestly it sounds way better down there, less echo off the garage door. Now I'm rethinking the whole build around that one spot. Has anyone else had a noise complaint kill a session, and how did you work around it?
