Vent: half my grocery budget went to stir fry sauce for 6 months
I kept buying $4 bottles of premade teriyaki and oyster sauce every week, thinking I was saving time, but that adds up to like $100 wasted since spring. Turns out a $2 jar of soy sauce, some garlic, and a spoon of sugar makes the same thing at home and lasts way longer. Anyone else finally do the math on a 'convenience' item and feel silly about it?
