Switched from a towel to a $6 dough scraper after my loaf stuck to the counter in Tucson
I figured a damp towel was fine for kneading until last Tuesday when half my dough glued itself to the counter and I lost the shape, so I grabbed a cheap bench scraper and it changed my whole cleanup deal, though now I'm wondering if a bowl scraper is worth adding too?
