My $15 proofing box hack saved my loaves on cold winter days in Chicago
Tbh I dropped $15 on a seedling heat mat and an old plastic bin from Target, tucked it under my dough for the second rise, and my bread finally doubled in size after three straight failed attempts this January, so has anyone else rigged up a cheap temp setup like this or am I overcomplicating it?
