My monstera put out 4 new leaves in 5 days and I nearly killed it with the wrong light
Moved it to a north window in my Houston apartment last month and it finally took off. Turns out the spot I had it in before was getting blasted by afternoon sun through the blinds. Now I'm scared to move it again, should I just leave it there or try to slowly shift it toward brighter light?
Did you notice it throwing out leaves right after you moved it? Same thing happened to mine when I stuck it in a spot with weak morning light, it went nuts and popped three leaves in a week. I'd leave yours right where it's happy for a while, then maybe nudge it a foot closer to the window every couple weeks if you want it brighter.
