Dropped $87 on a corner rounder that chews up board like a beaver

Bought it at a supply shop in Boise to speed up my journal orders and it wrecked 12 covers before I switched back to hand cutting with a sanding block. Anyone got a brand that actually works or am I stuck rounding corners with a file forever?
