Update: got humbled by a tube sheet job in Gary last Tuesday and it fixed my whole week
Spent two days rolling tubes on a small boiler and thought I had it all figured out. Foreman watched me for five and said I was rushing the expansion, told me to slow down and feel the roller seat. Did it his way and the whole bundle went in clean. Has anyone else had a job where slowing down actually made the week better?
