Saw a boiler repair in Savannah that had me questioning my own setup

I was passing through Savannah last month and watched a crew swap out a firetube section on an old hotel unit. They used a chain fall rigged off a beam instead of a forklift, and it got me thinking about my own shop's ceiling clearance. Has anyone else switched to overhead rigging for tight spots, or am I overthinking this?

Watched a buddy do the same thing in a crawl space once, but he forgot to check the beam rating first. Nearly had a two-ton piece of iron come down on his lunchbox. These days I just measure twice and hope the ceiling holds, because overhead rigging only saves you if the building doesn't fight back.
