Actually, those tips never seem to stick for long (in my experience anyway). They just make it seem easy until the next weird drawing comes along. It's one of those things you just have to struggle through forever.

Oh I totally get that feeling! But for me, some tips really did change things once I practiced them enough. Like breaking everything into simple shapes first, that method finally made drawing hands way less scary for me. It's not a magic fix for every hard drawing, but it gave me a way to start that doesn't feel like a struggle every single time.
