A 30 year hand at the Local 92 hall in LA told me certs beat speed, and I'm still chewing on it
He watched me race through a tube sheet in 20 minutes flat, then asked if I could do it again in 40 with the same weld, and honestly I couldn't answer him, so is he old school or actually onto something?
