Our game group's setup time got cut from 45 minutes to maybe 15.

We used to just dump all the pieces on the table for Scythe. Took forever. Now we use those cheap plastic tackle boxes from the hardware store. Each player gets one with their faction's stuff pre-sorted. Game starts way faster. What other games are good for this kind of pre-sort?

That tackle box trick works for most games with lots of pieces.

My tackle box is still full of fishing lures, @calebwilliams, because I can't even organize my own hobbies.
