Took 5 years to realize I was assigning grill stations wrong
Every year I put the charcoal grill next to the food table at our block party on Sycamore Ave. Last month someone pointed out that all the smoke was blowing right onto the potato salad and chips. Swapped the grill to the far end near the driveway and suddenly people are actually eating the sides instead of choking on ash. Anyone else make a layout mistake that took way too long to fix? $30 in new dishtowels later I feel like a genius.
