Lost half my grill heat on the 4th until my neighbor's kid showed me the foil tray trick
I lined the bottom of my $80 charcoal barrel with a foil tray poked with fork holes and my burgers stopped burning on one side at our Cook Street block party, so has anyone else tried moving the coals to just one half like that?
