Talked to my landlord about why that wall has been bare for 5 years
He said he kept it empty because that specific spot gets direct afternoon sun and anything he hung either faded or warped within a year, so now I'm looking at UV-resistant prints or maybe a metal piece instead of a canvas, has anyone dealt with sun damage like that on a particular wall?

Heard UV glass is the only thing that stops the fading.
